Mark R.A. Bedford  Consultant

Mr. Bedford specializes in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. He was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1990 and in Hong Kong in 1998, and joined Jewkes Chan & Partners in 2004.

Mr. Bedford has considerable experience of litigation, domestic and international arbitration, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. His areas of practice include construction and engineering, international trade, sale of goods, professional negligence, employment and debt recovery.
